Who we are

Au Bout Du Quai is a trade name of Ateliers Després, a sole proprietorship registered in Québec (Québec enterprise number, NEQ 2282475484), 870, chemin Juneau, Shawinigan (QC) G9R 1M1, 819-556-5656, bonjour@auboutduquai.ca. Online sales and delivery only: there is no pickup.

The products

Clear plastic glasses UV-printed with your design, sold in packs of 4, 6 or 8 glasses of the same size. Each glass in a pack can have a different design. The 3D preview is a simulation: printed colours may look a little softer than on screen. Hand wash only.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Canadian dollars. Payment is made online through Stripe (credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay); we never see card numbers. Glass prices are shown before tax. The total shown before payment includes everything: glasses, discounts, shipping and the sales tax for your delivery province (GST and QST in Québec, HST in Ontario and Atlantic Canada, GST elsewhere), itemized on your receipt (GST/HST 758629778RT0001, QST 1048190363TQ0001).

Production and shipping

Every order is custom printed in 5 to 7 business days after payment, then shipped by Canada Post (Expedited Parcel) anywhere in Canada, except Saskatchewan for now. You'll get a tracking number by email.

Shipping cost depends on the region:

  • Québec: $15, free from $100
  • Ontario and Atlantic Canada (Ontario, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island and Newfoundland and Labrador): $20, free from $150
  • Western Canada (Manitoba, Alberta and British Columbia): $25, free from $175
  • The territories (Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut): $40, never free

You choose your delivery province in the cart: it sets the shipping cost and the tax. The shipping address you enter at checkout must be in that province. If it's in another province, we check the amounts before shipping and, if they differ, we contact you: we refund the difference, or ask you to pay it. If it's in a province we don't ship to yet, we cancel the order and refund you in full.

Your design and your rights

You confirm that you have the right to use the photos, text and images you upload. We refuse to print hateful or illegal content, or protected content (brand or team logos, characters) that you don't own. The “AI” styles are generated by artificial intelligence: check the result before you order.

Cancellation, defects and refunds

You can cancel free of charge as long as printing hasn't started: write to us at bonjour@auboutduquai.ca. Since every glass is made to order, we don't take products back if you simply change your mind. Glass misprinted or damaged in shipping? Send us a photo within 14 days of delivery: we'll reprint it and ship it back free, or refund you.

Promo codes

One code per order. Codes from our cards: 15% off the glasses (not shipping), single use, valid until April 30, 2027 at 11:59 p.m. (Eastern Time).
